Let’s go right to the heart of it.  I’m restoring and customizing a Lamborghini Countach Replica.  Come out, come out, COME OUT of the woodwork you car buffs and hot rod lovers.  This is your chance hear about what I’m doing to my unique automobile and give feedback, tips, tricks, fun comments and generally, be a car crazy guy or girl right here on Today.com.

First, about my car.  The basics: Fiberglass body replica of a ‘89 Lamborghini Countach, custom tube frame, Olds Toronado 350 V8 drive train with a Turbo Hydromatic 3-speed auto tranny.  WOOOOOoooo you are saying?  Yes, it’s amazing.  And after 4-years of hard labor and fun searching for parts, tips, and more, I’m able to drive it around.  Not near done, mind you.  But it’s up and running and registered in the great state of Oregon to drive on the road. Talk about a labor of love.  And so much more to do!  Anyone out there a GM V8 “expert” or knowledgeable about suspension and steering?  I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.  And so do many other car fans out there.  My car is the perfect forum for you.  It has it all…Italian good looks, American muscle, low-tech yummy goodness for all to help work on, and its simply a brute of a car that turns heads wherever it goes.  Don’t you wish you had one?  Well, through me and my blogging, you CAN have one…virtually.  And for the lucky guy or girl who contributes the most to my car-cool cause, they get a special invitation to see and drive this beast (must provide own transportation to my house in the great Northwest).
